I am still hovering at my same start weight. How & Why?
Because I didn’t change my eating habits, my exercise habits and I sunk into a depression. As I said before its not so much about the weight loss as it is about me being healthy and fit. If I would feel good at my current weight fine, But I am not at my best, I don’t like how clothes fit me, I don’t like how I physically feel.
-Junk food is soooo simple to get. Making meals consistently that are nutrious takes research and time alllll the time. Once you get some meals under your belt that you know how to prepare…someone still has to cook those bad boys lol.But I am determined to make switches that are lasting
-I am going to stop drinking my beloved diet soda. Nothing good can come of it….I know how bad it is for me (hangs had)….it tastes good though. It seems like such an illogical reason for all the bad habits I have. I KNOW how unhealthy certain things are, yet I still do them. I know all types of things about the food that is regularly pushed on us like its well food, but that doesn’t stop me from ingesting shit that I KNOW is slamming me further away from my health goals.
